Accommodation is subject to availability and will be booked on a first come first served basis. After receiving your application, tentative confirmation, cancellation policy and payment details will be sent according to the availability. Final confirmation will be sent after receiving your payment.

All cancellations and modifications of reservation must be done in writing to PBZ Card Ltd. travel@pbzcard.hr . Refund according to the cancellation policy will be made after the event. Any bank charge or commission must be covered by the participant.

In the event of any changes to the VAT (PDV) regime in Croatia or currency rate, new rates will apply.

Cancellation policy

• from 2nd to 15th August 2017 – 35% of the total service booked will be charged (except hotel Jadran from 15th July 2017)
• from 16th to 25th August 2017 – 80% of the total service booked will be charged
• from 26th August 2017  and “no show”  – 100% of the total service booked will be charged

PBZ Card, Travel Agency Ltd. is not liable for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from SAME15 – 15th Symposium on Aquatic Microbial Ecology. In the case of cancellation of the Symposium or any change in date and place, cancellation policy will apply. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
